But if you are trying to do it from a Lambda function, please make sure the VPC this lambda function is deployed has internet connectivity. As you are trying to access it over the public internet you must see it as well. If you want private connectivity to the service, then you need to provision a VPC interface endpoint for the service and deploy it in the same VPC as your lambda
