performing systematic literature review on mturk

I have a large collection of papers 15K, stored on RDS and also on local excel sheets. the data were collected from different databases (IEEE, ACM... etc). I want the Mechanical Turk to follow my inclusion and exclusion criteria and update the records (included or excluded). I am facing to obstacles ATM;

1. connecting Mturk scrip to RDS database. (couldn't find support on that even mturk support did not have an asnswer)
2. how can I split the script so each mturk update the record once so I do not end up with duplicated results or have the mturk perform already performed task?
