I want to make existing customers with other IDP authenticate to amazon connect. It can be happen through JWT, want more details on this.

What you linked has nothing to do with authentication into to Connect. I’ve not seen anything ever posted about Connect being able to be used as an authentication source for 3rd parties. What you want to do is use an actual IdP for both Connect and your 3rd party and achieve the same thing.’
