EC2 instance keeps rebooting every 2 hours

Hi,

I have an amazon EC2 instance that keeps rebooting itself every 2 hours, the instance id is i-5761d439.
No new software installation or windows updates have been taken recently.
The reboot started happening from 02/07/2019 8:00 PM PST, and has been happening every 2 hours.
The issue reported is Blue Screen, looks like there is a hardware issue with the box that this instance is located at.
How an I get this resolved, please advise.
