So, please check the above results and check if EBS, snapshots, NAT Gateway, etc. remain.
It is possible that there are still NAT Gateways in the "eu-central-1" and "eu-west-3" regions. So, try changing the region and removing the NAT Gateway. NAT Gateway can be removed by following the steps described in the document below.
