Generating RDP file, user account and password information.

I have created new user account and password for users in windows EC2 instance. How to extract new user account and password information from AWS windows EC2 instance in a text file without logging in to EC2 instance? and also i want to send IP address and RDP file of the EC2 instance automatically via email right after creating an instance. Could anyone help me with this? thank you
