Amazon WorkDocs Files not synchronize.

Hi everyone, i have problem with Amazon WorkDocs folder "Shared with me", all of my client PC login same WorkDocs ID and have same files.

If one of the files edited in "Shared with me" folder should be updated to all client PC right? i know its asynchronous update but it's never update to another client PC,

Example： PC1 excel file add data in Column A1, PC2,3,4,5 same file in Column A1 should be update also.

As i checked all client PCs installed latest version WorkDocs Drive, no pause syncs and have internet connection.

If i created new folder or file will sync to other client PC
