Wrong Destination EC2 of Deployment Group

I successfully deployed an application to an EC2 instance using codeploy on 2022-11-24(see attached photo 1.png).

Still, I failed to deploy another application on 2023-02-01(see attached photo 1.png and 2.png).

After checking, I found the deployment failed on 2023-02-01 because the destination EC2 instance of deployment group was wrong. After, I searched event UpdateDeploymentGroup from the event history of CloudTrail between those 2 deployments, but did not find any records. I found same problem from other deployment groups sometimes. How do I investigate the problem?
