Invite to organisation is not showing as pending acceptance.

Could you check on the following?

1. In your organization account if the child account is already a part of the organization -> https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/organizations/v2/home/accounts/invitations (Account status as ACCEPTED)
2. Check if the child account is already a part of another organization or if the management account of another organization.

• Remove your account from its current organization -> https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_accounts_remove.html#orgs_manage_accounts_leave-as-member
• Deleting the organization -> https://docs.aws.amazon.com/organizations/latest/userguide/orgs_manage_org_delete.html

3. If this is a new account make sure the account signup is complete and the account is activated. According to AWS, some services can take up to 48 hours to fully activate.
