Hello,
My suggestion would be to check the AWS SHD (Service Health Dashboard), choose 'North America' and then search for Service 'Amazon CloudFront'; it would show you current events as well as recent history. I took a quick look and don't see any known events for CF on the 9th.
https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status
The other alternative would be to open a Support case to double check if any known events around that time.
