Have you taken a look at this troubleshooting guide - https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/ec2-connect-internet-gateway/#:~:text=To%20troubleshoot%20why%20your%20Amazon,isn't%20blocking%20the%20access.
If it still does not work, you may have to enable VPC Flow logs in your VPC to determine the root cause - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/userguide/flow-logs.html

Hi, currently I have no issue with the VPC, SecurityGroup or Route, since the VPC is used in different EC2 instance and running without issue with the internet. And the firewall inside the server is currently disabled
