Update Country in Tax Settings

Hi,
AWS Billing->Tax Settings->Manage tax registration I would like to update the "Country" to US
In de form of Edit tax registration (1/1)
First "Country/Region" dropdown: "United States" is missing.
Second "Country/Region" dropdown: selection is disabled.
Where or how can I update the country to US?

- Your specific account settings or the type of account you have might restrict changing the country to the United States through the user interface.
