Is this account is part of some organization and has restricted access to Glue! Or Are you using cross account ??
No Sir, I am using my root account for that.
Same here, I'm in an Org but it has full access at root level.
Same issue with root account, have any solution?

I'm having the same issue on multiple regions and even with AdministratorAccess policy attached to the role.
