403 Error Using Browser - Expressvpn/My Account Section

Question

When on the website expressvpn.com I click "My Account" put in my credentials I keep getting this error:
403 ERRORThe request could not be satisfied.Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.Generated by cloudfront (CloudFront)Request ID: i50jW-L2Lggqanntmu7jEctlfL8Tmt8zPIoGk1zyAOxzPXpgOZ7uNA== (Troubleshooting steps: Powered off my cable modem, powered back on. Changed DNS hosts. Disabled MS defender. Rebooted my PC. Changed network, tried my cellphone hot spot. I've tried several different browsers, Firefox, Chrome and Vivaldi. My PC is hard-wired to a switch. Thoughts/Suggestions?
