Hello, Yoni!
As of now, AWS RDS doesn't automatically convert it to local time zones in the UI. However, you can manually calculate the time difference
Hope this helps.

For now, manual conversion and feedback to AWS might be the best course of action.
It might be beneficial to get accustomed to using UTC for consistency, as it is a universal time standard. This can help avoid confusion caused by daylight saving changes and time zone differences, especially when coordinating with users and services across different geographies.
Have a nice day!
But the UI does display "Maintenance window" and "Latest Restore Time" date time in local time zone. So why not the other?
