WorkMail configuration Missing MX Record

Hi there,

I am trying to get the WorkMail configuration verification stage complete however I keep getting No MX record was found.

My domain is hosted with AWS under LightSail and I tried using "@" for name, my domain for name etc but nothing works. I need to enter a value for name but it appears the issue here is the record is saving as domain.com.domain.com.

I transfered DNS to Route 53 and then hit the automate button to populate the DNS and it is working now.

Hello.

You should be able to register your APEX domain by entering "@" in "Value".
