Migration tool to convert standard application to AWS PaaS solution

Hello,

I am being tasked to assess customer environment for migrating it to AWS. I am aware of the process of standard lift and shift method. However, I want to know if AWS have any tool (with agent/agentless) that will assess standard monolithic (web/app/DB) application (or any application which runs on single server) and provide a report with suggestions on whether such application can be converted to any PaaS or can be containerized. This will help customer to reduce the over all cost. Thanks in advance
