ACCOUNT_THROTTLED in BulkEmailEntryResult

Hi, I used sesv2.sendBulkEmail (@aws-sdk/client-sesv2) to send 18000+ emails but have a problem with ACCOUNT_THROTTLED error that returns in BulkEmailEntryResult. How can I handle this case?

(My daily sending quota is 50,000 emails per 24-hour period and My maximum send rate is 14 emails per second.)

I use sleep(5000) to slowdown my request, it work for first 500 emails but my service can't wait that long.
