Problem logging in to Workspaces

When I try to log in I get this message:

we were unable to establish a connection to the authentication server.

get black screen then logs out

Connectivity status
all green

Messages shown then trying to log in

  1. Authenticating
  2. Connecting
  3. Launching Session

Now I can login with web client.
