Unable to connect to Ubuntu after reboot

Dear All,

I restarted the Ubuntu machine. I use Elastic IP to access the machine.

The machine reboots well - however I am unable to access via ssh like I used to before.

one of the checks is failing - System status checks System reachability check passed Instance status checks Initializing

Any advise what may have gone wrong post Ubuntu restart?
