Unable to start lightsail instance on source account

Question

Hi, I have a problem with one of my Lightsail instances. It is the "Plesk_Hosting_Stack_on_Ubuntu_1" machine, and the website hosted on it was not responding. I tried to restart it, but I kept being redirected to a 403 error page. So, I turned it off, and now when I try to start it, I am still getting the same 403 error page. Can you please help me? My restorent service depends on this. Thank you.

If you're seeing the error on the Lightsail console, the user or role you are using is probably missing the permissions to restart the instance.
