Comment configurer Time to Live (TTL) dans DynamoDB ?

Pourquoi ma ressource proxy API Gateway dotée d'un mécanisme d'autorisation Lambda dont la mise en cache est activée renvoie-t-elle des erreurs HTTP 403 « User is not authorized to access this resource » (L'utilisateur n'est pas autorisé à accéder à cette ressource) ?

Comment résoudre l'erreur « unable to create input format » dans Athena ?

I was trying to create instance in LightSail.
1) Tried with root user. From time to time get 403
2) Checked the link https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/create-policy-that-grants-access-to-amazon-lightsail
That one haven't helped. 
3) Created IAM user with all requested permissions by https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-managing-access-for-an-iam-user
But have the same issue. From time to time get 403
4) Also periodically get error
