Failure to detach EBS volume

Question

The volume isn't attached to an instance but shows as 'in-use' under State (with no Attachment Information).  
The only Action I can do is 'Force Deatch Volume' and it fails with the following error:  
  
   Error detaching volume  
   vol-0fc7ea8bc6ebf5338: Volume 'vol-0fc7ea8bc6ebf5338'is in the 'available' state.

Volume ID: vol-0fc7ea8bc6ebf5338  
  
Could you please detach and delete it for me?

Our service team has resolved the issue with your EBS volume and so you can now proceed to delete it.
