Gamelift: Savings Plans

Thanks for your query. Yes we do not have Savings Plan on GameLift as of now. However, I would like to understand, do your game servers have same load 24x7, there are no highs and lows in terms on instance utilization.

We would recommend creating auto scaling with a combination of on-demand and spot instances. This would help you cater to your peaks along with maintain costs which are only utilization based.
