Apollo subscription with AWS Lambda and Mongodb

Hi team, I'm implementing apollo subscription with aws lambda and mongodb. I found one documentation for the same but with dynamodb. https://github.com/aws-samples/apollo-server-on-aws-lambda Can anyone help me to guide me to how to implement with mongodb. Actually I'm confused on cdk. The github link uses cdk. So cdk is required to create subscription env with aws lambda? I found @aws-cdk/aws-dynamodb library but not found same library for mongodb. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks
