Network interfaces cannot be deleted

Hi AWS team,

I need your support to delete network interfaces eni-0ad86ecbe18891fd8, eni-0fa585706b891f5b6, and eni-0a03caf9f66c12be2. They are reporting "In Use" and seem to be assosciated with elastic IPs which are no longer available (as I deleted them via terraform destroy).

Can you have a look and help me out to remove those network interfaces?
