Currently, you could load some local javascript to change things, or you can build a whole new UI using the APIs https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/APIReference/Welcome.html however not all methods are currently available (many came out recently so expect the remaining to be released ‘soon’)

Thanks for your response Dan. In a nutshell , I intend to create a new UI for Connect admin portal instead of the one provided by Amazon currently. I wish to customise it per customer needs who use connect for their admin tasks. Having their logo show up instead of Amazon's and showing only the choice of options that the customer requires etc. For instance an CC Manager might not need access to Contact flows. In current setup, a manager can see Contact flows but gets an error denied when trying to launch. I don't want that , I want different admin portals which are customised per client based on roles.
