The "REVIEWING" status for your AWS End User Messaging SMS registration for Ireland/ComReg is taking longer than typical. While there's no specific timeframe mentioned for Ireland registrations, prolonged review periods like yours (three weeks) are not uncommon but do warrant attention.
When a registration is in the "REVIEWING" status, it means your submission has been accepted and is being evaluated, but you cannot make any changes to it during this time. This is a normal part of the process, but three weeks is a considerable wait.
