Transcribe is not exporting SRT files, even though I checked the box... 4 times

I've submitted 4 jobs now to Transcribe, and it seems everything is messed up. English-US is not an option in the language, it's not exporting the SRT files that I need. And I don't know how to dispute the charges for the 4 jobs that did not export the SRT files. What can I do?
