Hi,
My canary check seems to be breaking on the following step
ERROR Request failed. ErrorText: net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. Request: url: https://<PRIVATE IP>
It seems that its due to it being via https but not having a valid cert. I was wondering if there is a option similar to curl -k that will ignore the certificate and procede with the check.
My check is already in the same vpc/subnet as my instance and the security group should give it access to it, so i do not believe this might be the issue. My application also does not accept traffic via http only https.
Please let me know if there might be a work around/solution.
I created canary test for API using API Canary Blueprint and added the following line to the template: await synthetics.launch({ ignoreHTTPSErrors: true }); but I still get an error Error: self signed certificate in certificate chain Stack: Error: self signed certificate in certificate chain\n at TLSSocket.onConnectSecure (_tls_wrap.js:1515:34)
What can be wrong?
