Hello,
I would suggest trying to log in with the email address that the notification was sent to as that would be the email associated with the account that is close to having the Free Tier Expire. If that doesn't work, since you can log into the console, you can always open a billing case and provide them with the email address the notification was sent to and our Billing support can check to see what account that email is tied too.
