When opening the "redis create cluster" (https://sa-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/elasticache/home?region=sa-east-1#create-cluster:ct=redis:) I get the following error:

Hello,

I have been trying to reproduce the issue with no luck. For me, the URL provided successfully opens the "Create your Amazon ElastiCache cluster" page, with no errors on the screen or Java Script console.

If the error persists for you, please try the following tests:

- Try accessing the same URL from a different browser and/or different device.
- Try acessing https://sa-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/elasticache/home?region=sa-east-1#redis: and then click on the "Create" button.
