Hello.
I've seen that error when working with AWS SDKs.
At that time, the settings such as the access key were incorrect, so I was able to resolve the issue by correcting them.
In your case, it occurs during operations on the management console, so I don't think it's related, but please check it just to be sure.
Also, please check if deleting your browser's cache or using a different browser or PC improves the problem.
