I want to use the AWS Management Console to increase my Amazon CloudWatch API quotas.
Short description
Amazon CloudWatch APIs have default service quotas for the TPS (transaction per second) value. When you work with AWS resources, you might receive rate exceeded or throttling errors because you reached the TPS quota for specific APIs. To increase your TPS quotas, use Service Quotas.
From the list, choose a CloudWatch related services such as Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon CloudWatch Logs, Amazon CloudWatch RUM, and so on.
If you can change the quota, then request a quota increase at either the account or resource level. Base the quota on the value that's listed in the Adjustability column. Note: You can't request a quota increase at the account level for a resource-level quota in the AWS Management Console.
For Increase quota value, enter the new value.
Choose Request. Note: AWS Support can approve, deny, or partially approve your requests. If your quota increase request is denied, then contact AWS Support.
To view any pending or recently resolved requests in the Service Quotas console, navigate to the Quota request history tab in the navigation pane. For pending requests, choose the status of the request. After the status changes to Quota requested, a case number is shown. Choose the case number to open the ticket for your request.
