WorkSpaces need to disable the copy/paste from local to workspaces

even though I am facing issue for enabling copy/paste option

Hi there.

You need to know which type of connectivity your Workspace is configured to use. The document you mentioned shows how to work with either WSP or PCoIP. Follow the directions for your particular configuration, not both of them.
