GENERIC_INTERNAL_ERROR: Unsupported partition transform: 1000: device_id: void(1)

Hi, I am getting this below error when writing data to iceberg table where I'm partitioning the table on a column called device_id. The device_id has a set of guids which is stored as a string. I tried to check if the below error is because of device_id being null for some records but that is not the case.

Any help provided will be greatly appreciated.
