Unhandled exception. Amazon.S3.AmazonS3Exception: Access Denied

I am trying to access aws programmaticaly using access key,secret key and session token in visual studio environment to connect my .net core api.I am able to connect aws account so that i can access s3 buckets and dynamoDB tables But when I run "dotnet run" command it throws "Unhandled exception. Amazon.S3.AmazonS3Exception: Access Denied" but using same credentials and same code in another pc its working fine.

    Check your Cloudtrail logs, find out which user is being denied and why.

Please adhere to Leeroy's guidance and review CloudTrail logs for insights into the issue.

It's possible that the problem is related to: IAM permissions, regional configurations, the AWS SDK version, or network settings.

The .aws/credentials and .aws/config files might also play a role.
