Data Exchange - datasets usage permissions

Hello,

Regarding the usage of data according to the Data Subscription Agreement for AWS Marketplace Data Exchange , please specify how should I understand the below situations, as a Subscriber in AWS Data Exchange.

1. Is it possible to use the data, derived data and derived information in personal conversations with friends and other close contacts in non-commercial private chats or communication ?

2. Is it possible to use the data, derived data and derived information on personal social networks (personal site, Facebook, LinkedIn, .... ) for non-commercial purposes and without or with specification of the source of data (AWS Data Exchange service ) ?
