Urgent: Missing production folder in S3 bucket

Question

Dear AWS Support Team,

We are experiencing fatal error on our S3 bucket. A folder containing all of our production media files mysteriously disappeared on September 13th 13.30-14.30 UTC +0. This has caused significant disruption to our services, and we urgently need assistance to resolve the issue.

We are unsure how this folder could have been deleted or gone missing.
We kindly request immediate assistance to restore the folder and all the files contained within it as quickly as possible.
Please let us know if any additional information is required from our side to expedite the process.

Hi,

If you have support plan, through which you can create case, please log a case:

- Category **Technical**
- Severity **Business Critical System Down**
- Service **s3**
- Provide your s3 bucket ARN and prefix, time of the issue observed etc and use chat option while creating case.

Since this is production issue, this would be the fastest way of engaging a support engineer who could assist you in here.
