Amazon Q unable to read any datasource

Hello,

I'm experimenting with Amazon Q for a straightforward scenario. My goal is to enable Amazon Q to read a .csv file that I've uploaded directly, bypassing S3. Despite the file being indexed, Amazon Q fails to respond to any of my queries. Interestingly, when I upload the document directly into our conversation, Amazon Q is capable of reading it and answering my questions. Could you provide some insight into why it's not functioning properly when using the data source method?

    I'm seeing the same issue. I am trying the prompts in the preview portal and not able to find an option to deploy the app

    Did you ingest other files other than the .csv file into the index?

    same issue, but i'm trying to read data from a mysql database instead

    I'm having the same issue. I've manually uploaded .txt, md, and docx files. they are indexed ok. My retriever says the right number of files. but still I always get the "Sorry, I could not find relevant information to complete your request." for every query.

I'm having the same issue. But solved it by remove any empty column and remove any cell have (-).
