Automatically SNS Unsubscribe Confirmation

Question

Hello everyone,
Some colleagues reported recently that they stopped to receive SNS topic notifications, and also they receive many automatic e-mails from AWS related to "unsubscribe confirmation", even though they didn't manually unsubscribe these topics.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? From our side, we didn't directly made any changes that could trigger this behavior

Take a look at the [CloudTrail logs](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sns/latest/dg/sns-logging-using-cloudtrail.html) for the unsubscribe events to see who initiated these.
