As part of a VPC lab (preparing me for the certification of AWS Solution Architect), I used two EC2 instances (I connected one to the Internet and I accessed from my computer, I isolated the other, but by letting it communicate with the first EC2 instance (in local), so I created Nat Gateway, Routertables etc). At the end I made a general cleanup: I removed everything starting with the two EC2 instances, and everything else. It was before yesterday. Today, by accessing My Billing Dashboard, I noticed that AWS is Charging Me Money for 28.5 Hours for this -See Screenshot_1 ($ 0.005 per elastic ip addresse not attached to a running instance per hour (prorated)). So, I went to EC2 Dashboard, and I found that yes I have 1 elastic IP (so directly I released it, since there is no "delete" option, only "release option"), and since that, Elastic IP turns to 0 (as you see in Screenshot_2). Now by accessing My Billing Dashboard to verify that it worked, I found that the 28.5 hours have become 38.5 hours !!!! While I have no Elastic IP (NOW): for more details, see Scrresnshot 1 and 2 (Attached here). Please, I Need Help to stop this incomrhensible Reason for Still Charging Me Money!
