How to released a domain mapped from one AWS Amplify to connect under second AWS Amplify

My current website was built and managed via AWS Amplify from one AWS account (Developer) and now I wanted to attached that domain under my AWS Account with same infrastructure under AWS Amplify. But while I'm Addind a custom domain (managed under Route53) under AWS Amplify tab, and trying to save, its giving error :

One or more domains requested are already associated with another Amplify app

I have full access of my Domain DNS and I had update the NS too which is generated und Route53 but still I could not get released it from the previous AWS account where from hosted by Amplify as development Environment.

Kindly please assist how to release that so I can go live with my domain mapped to my AWS accont and get full control of it.
