logging parameters are not showin in PgAdmin

Question

We have changed the RDS postgres parameters by changing the log_statement in the aws RDS console. However it is not reflecting in pGAdmin. Can we assume that the log changes would be reflected back in pGAdmin(audit log)

Hi there,

It may reflect there, you would need the pg_audit extension enabled and then to alter the databases within the instance with pgaudit.log set to 'all' and pgaudit.log_parameter set to '1' before the change though. See here for more info:

However I would say an easier approach would be to view this change through CloudTrail as any change done through the Console, CLI, or API is recorded, see the guides below for more info:
