SMS Services issue

Hello,

Today my SMS service stopped working. I checked the reports and found an anomaly in the account. Several SMS were sent to Palestine and East Timor. We operate in Brazil and do not have services in Asia. I would like to know how we can resolve this. We spend an average of $50 a month with AWS, and our service has never stopped working. Today, in addition to being without the service, our account has exceeded the SMS limit. We don't have the budget for that. Please we need urgent help.
