s3 list object versions documentation is wrong

Question

This documentation says you need read access to the bucket, but you also need the ListBucketVersions permission, too.  Could someone please correct this from AWS?

Not sure if it has been fixed afterwards, but we could see a warning indicating that `s3:ListBucketVersions` is required for the operation, in accordance with API documentation https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/API_ListObjectVersions.html.
