In Lightsail instances, Http sometimes cannot be accessed from the public network after restarting.

Local access to the server is normal.
The public network is also accessible within a few minutes after restarting.
But after a few minutes, the public network cannot be accessed, and the local can still be accessed.

Have you tested by addressing the instance's public ip directly? This can help determine if the issue is dns related.
