RDS blue/green deployment switch over not performed properly ?

Hello,

I've created RDS blue/green deployment but when I tried to switch over it takes too long loading, I tried to switch over with 1 hour timeout and still not working as expected ? as I read in the documentation the switch over will route the traffic from blue to green instances and renaming blue cluster with -old n postfix ! but the loading stoped after a while with no result

Any idea how to solve this issue? or is it possible and safe to switch over manually ?
