AWS certification account without Credly email

Question

I have two accounts in AWS, one with Credly email and another one without Credly email and this have a exam completed.
This certification not showing in credly.
I just want to add my email in AWS account that have the certification to get a badge.
AWS not answer the case or support.

You should be able to add multiple certification emails under settings in Credly.
However, you can work with the AWS Training and Cert team to consolidate but the process is long.
If you go this route, I encourage consolidating on an email that you own and will own indefinitely to use as there are many places linking certs can be difficult if you use different email addresses.
