Is it possible to limit the AWS SES only sending one email at a time?

I currently have a lambda function deployed in 5 region. if there is any error occurs during the call, it will trigger AWS SES to send me an email.
Now, if I brute force an error in my code and re deploy, I will receive the exactly same 5 email from those 5 lamda in different region reporting the error. I wonder if it is poosbile to make the 5 email to become just 1 email and send it to me

Does your problematic code deploy in 5 regions and generate errors simultaneously? Did each region's lambda generate an error?
